Over a Century of Bold Flavor
It all started back in 1915, when Pierre Hermann began roasting nuts with a simple idea: quality first, flavor always.

More than 100 years later, Herman’s Nut House is still cracking open new possibilities. From our Bellevue, NE (Omaha) manufacturing facility, we’ve grown from a small craft roaster into a trusted partner for retailers and foodservice brands nationwide. Heritage meets innovation here, where every batch is roasted, glazed, and seasoned to keep customers coming back for more.

Snack industry veterans relaunch Herman’s with a bold mission: flavor innovation, flexible packaging, and trusted partnerships. Building on more than a century of heritage, we’re expanding possibilities and just getting started.
